Ever been at a wedding and stood by the side of the dance floor only to have someone try and drag you into the melee? You are someone who comes across as confident and strong in character because you really know your own mind and are comfortable with yourself. Pretty good stuff. You seem to know your left from your right and you might even know your onions. With a little more thought and a little more time you could do even better. A little mental exercise from time to time might help you up your score. Maybe get up from the sofa or try reading a book or doing a short quiz.
